The apartment impresses with its  original look, it mixes the antique with the new, such as the exposed original wooden ceiling  bars, restored marble sinks and  modern furniture and modern bits such as metal light pipes  making this apartment a fantastic place to stay.

This flat is located on the second (real fourth )floor of an old and beautiful building with no elevator.

Pilar has two bedrooms, the main one of 25m2 has a double bed with and en suite bathroom
with a glass wall separating from the living room contributing to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom consists of bath tube/shower and a washing basin. There is a small balcony.

The second bedroom is twin - it has two single beds and also comes with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is equiped with shower and washing basin. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and are decorated with the modernist paintings.

The apartment has another separated bathroom with a WC and washing basin.


The living area of the apartment has 2 sofas where you can relax after  long walks around the city and enjoy watching TV ,DVD or listening to the music. Sofas can be used as sleeping places for the 5^th and 6^th guest.

The kitchen is open, American style combined with a dining area and separated by a wall bar from the living room. There is a large table and chairs for six guests. The kitchen has all necessary appliances for cooking and in door dining.
